At The Chill Factor, our foundation is built on the same values of discipline and reliability that I carried through my years of service in the United States Navy. After returning to civilian life, I spent years working for some of the Upstate’s most prominent residential heating and air companies, but I knew there was a higher standard to be met.

I took my expertise to the industrial level, serving in the on-site maintenance department of a large-scale Industrial facility. There, I was responsible for mission-critical, industrial-grade systems where failure wasn't an option. My daily responsibilities included the maintenance and repair of:

• Industrial Air Washers & Cooling Towers

• Process Ventilation & Rooftop Package Units

• Process Chillers, Trane Intellipaks, and Heat Pumps

• Complex Gas Heating & Ventilation Systems

• Make up air units for Lab environments
